固溶、时效对TC4钛合金组织和力学性能的影响

【摘要】 对冷等静压+真空烧结方法制备的Ti-6Al-4V合金进行了研究。观察、分析了不同固溶时效温度下粉末冶金TC4钛合金的金相组织,并通过拉伸试验,测试固溶和时效处理对TC4钛合金抗拉强度和伸长率的影响。希望通过固溶时效处理来提高TC4的抗拉强度同时兼顾伸长率。试验结果表明,当固溶时效处理工艺为930℃×30min水冷及470℃×4h水冷时,合金材料具有良好的抗拉强度和伸长率。

【Abstract】 Ti-6Al-4Valloy was prepared by cold isostatic pressing and vacuum sintering.The microstructure of TC4alloy at different solution and aging temperature was observed and analyzed.Effects of solid solution and aging treatment on tensile strength and elongation of TC4alloy were investigated by tensile testing to present a optimized solid solution and aged parameters.The experimental results show that the alloy has a satisfied tensile strength and elongation with solid solution and aging at 930℃for 30min with water quenching as well as 470℃for 4hwith water quenching.
