纳米TiN/Ti细化剂对7050合金组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 采用高能球磨法制备了纳米TiN/Ti复合晶粒细化剂,研究了该细化剂对7050铝合金铸态组织和性能的影响。结果表明,0.2%的复合细化剂对7050铝合金细化效果明显优于纯Ti细化剂,可使合金平均晶粒尺寸由未添加细化剂的105.5μm细化至83.5μm,组织中的第二相细小、分布较均匀。添加了复合细化剂的7050铝合金铸态抗拉强度由未添加细化剂的187.8MPa提高至220.8MPa,硬度(HB)由未添加细化剂时的97.63提高至102.7。

【Abstract】 A kind of Ti cladding nano-sized TiN(TiN/Ti)composite grain refiner was prepared by high energy ball milling.Effects of the grain refiner prepared on the as-cast microstructure and properties of the 7050aluminum alloy were approached.The results show that TiN/Ti grain refiner is superior to pure Ti in refining grain of 7050aluminum alloy obviously,and the average grain size in the 7050aluminum alloy is refined from 105.5μm to 83.5μm,meanwhile,second phases is well refined with uniform distribution in the microstructure.Tensile strength and hardness of 7050aluminum alloy with TiN/Ti grain refiner are improved from 187.8MPa to 220.8MPa and from HB97.63to HB102.7,respectively.
