超声原位制备Al2Sm/AZ61镁合金的显微组织

【摘要】 用超声原位反应技术合成Al2Sm颗粒增强镁合金,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了AZ61-2Sm镁合金的组织形貌和相组成。结果表明,AZ61-2Sm镁合金在600 W超声波下作用2min,原位生成的Al2Sm增强相更加细小,团聚现象得到改善,增强相尺寸从约13μm减小到6μm左右。超声作用瞬时产生的高温、高压使得AZ61-2Sm合金中不连续网状的Mg17Al12相熔断、团聚状的Al2Sm相击碎成细小颗粒状;细小的Al2Sm颗粒在声流效应作用下宏观均匀分散于整个熔体中。

【Abstract】 The Al2 Sm/AZ61 magnesium alloys were prepared by ultrasonic in-situ reaction.And the microstructure and phase constituent of the alloys were investigated by means of optical microscopy(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicate that with the ultrasonic power of 600 W for 2min,the Al2 Sm reinforcing phases size is reduced from 13μm to 6μm, and the agglomeration phenomenon is relieved.Discontinuous net-like Mg17 Al12 phase in AZ61-2Sm alloys is melted,meanwhile,the morphology of Al2 Sm phase exhibits the change from agglomerate state into small granular shape as a result of transient high temperature and high pressure from acoustic cavitation.Al2Sm particles are uniformly dispersed in the melt as a result of the acoustic streaming effect.
