环缝式电磁搅拌对7075铝合金热处理的影响
Effects of Annular Electromagnetic Stirring Preparation Process on the Homogenization Treatment Time of 7075 Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了无电磁搅拌、普通电磁搅拌和环缝式电磁搅拌等不同制备方法对7075铝合金均匀化热处理时间的影响。结果表明,相比于无电磁搅拌和普通电磁搅拌,环缝式电磁搅拌工艺制备的7075铝合金的凝固组织更加均匀细小。同时通过观察不同制备方法得到的7075铝合金均匀化热处理后的显微组织变化规律,发现环缝式电磁搅拌工艺制备的7075铝合金均匀化热处理的时间明显缩短。均匀化热处理后合金硬度和电导率的变化亦证明了这点。
【Abstract】 Effects of non-electromagnetic stirring(N-EMS)、conventional electromagnetic stirring(EMS)and annular electromagnetic stirring(A-EMS)preparation process on homogenization treatment time of 7075 aluminium alloy were investigated.The results indicate that,compared with N-EMS and EMS,the A-EMS process exhibits superior grain refinement ability.The microstructures of 7075 aluminum alloy were observed at different preparation methods after different homogenization heat treatment time.The results reveal that A-EMS preparation process can decrease the time of homogenization treatment obviously.The changes of alloy hardness and electrical conductivity after different homogenization treatment also proved the result.
