梯温预热模具对挤压铸造铝合金空心轴组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 采用挤压铸造工艺制备了高速机车用Al-Zn-Mg-Cu合金传动空心轴,对比研究了梯温预热模具与均匀预热模具工艺对空心轴微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,采用梯温预热模具制备的空心轴各位置的微观形貌基本一致,气孔基本消失,没有明显的大孔洞存在;空心轴沿高向不同位置试样的力学性能趋于一致,其抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别达545MPa、482MPa和7.8%,且各位置的力学性能均高于均匀预热模具工艺制备的空心轴相对应位置的力学性能。

【Abstract】 Effects of gradient heating mould and uniform heating mould on microstructure and mechanical properties of the hollow Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy drive shaft produced by squeeze casting were investigated. The results show that with gradient heating mould,the microscopic morphology of the hollow Al-ZnMg-Cu alloy drive shaft exhibits uniform with absence of apparent big holes.The tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy hollow shaft reach 545MPa,482MPa and 7.8%,respectively,tending to the similar value along the height direction.Meanwhile,they are higher than those of the hollow shaft prepared by uniform preheating mould process.
