台风影响下的正常湍流模型(NTM)设计
NORMAL TURBULENCE MODEL(NTM) DESIGN UNDER INFLUENCE OF TYPHOON
【摘要】 收集了2003年以来88个测风塔29个热带气旋(TC)影响期间逐日10 min测风资料,研究发现:TC中心及附近湍流强度超过IEC标准A类,特别是风速达16~29 m/s时最大可超出标准0.04,IEC标准正常湍流模型(NTM)不能完全描述台风影响下中心及附近区域的情形。TC中心及附近湍流模型NTM表达式应为σ95%=Iref(0.884V)hub+8.172,湍流强度A、B、C类分别定义为0.18、0.16和0.14,更高级别的湍流强度类定义为0.20。
【Abstract】 By studying daily 10 minute interval wind data during 29 tropical cyclones(TC) measured by 88 wind towersince 2003, it is found that the turbulence intensity at TC center and nearby exceeds the IEC standards. Especially windspeed is up to 16- 29 m/s, the maximum exceeds the standard by 0.04. The normal turbulence model(NTM) in IECstandard can not fully describe the status in typhoon center and nearby area. NTM expression in the TC center and nearbyis. Turbulence intensity A, B and C classes have been defined as 0.18, 0.16 and 0.14, respectively; higher levels ofturbulence intensity class is defined as 0.20.
