优秀短道速滑运动员换项速度滑冰的优势分析——以弯道滑行为例
Advantage Research on Elite Short Track Skater Changing to Speed Skating——Taking Curve Sliding as an Example
【摘要】 运用生物力学方法对短道速滑与速度滑冰项目的弯道滑行中一系列定量数据通过物理公式计算与时相分析。找出优秀短道速滑运动员同项群换项速度滑冰项目后在弯道滑行中的优势。研究认为:同速度滑跑时短道速滑弯道滑行运动员所受惯量支撑力大于速度滑冰,是使短道速滑运动员达到一定竞技水平并换项速度滑冰后,在速度耐力方面优势较为明显的主要原因。通过对被试运动员蹬冰角度与髋、膝关节时相分析;有效滑速测试范围内的短道速滑运动员弯道滑行中,开始蹬冰角度均小于速度滑冰;更有利于侧向分力的产生,对加速度起更多贡献。右腿蹬冰时间曲线也表明;短道速滑运动员右支撑腿蹬冰时间的延长是运动员需要改变更大的身体"角位移"角度,运动员所需平衡能力与身体的控制能力要求更高。以上研究希望对具备一定竞技水平的短道速滑运动员转项速度滑冰后在弯道滑行技术上所产生优势附上科学的依据。
【Abstract】 Using biomechanical method, this thesis analyses a series of quantitative data in curve sliding of short track speed skating and speed skating through physical formula and phase analysis, so as to find out advantage in curve sliding of elite short track speed skating skater changing to speed skating within same discipline. Research shows that in same speed curve sliding, roll inertia supporting force suffered by short track speed skating skater is greater than speed skating, which is the main reason when reaching a certain competitive level, short track speed skating skater possesses obvious advantage in speed and endurance after changing to speed skating. Through phase analysis of angle, hip and knee, in effective testing range of skating speed, start angle of short track speed skating skater is less than speed skating in curve sliding, which is more conducive to lateral component generation, contributes more to acceleration. Right leg kicking ice time curves also shows that extension of right leg kicking ice time is because short track speed skating skater needs to change larger body "angular displacement" angle, which requires higher balance and control ability of skater. Aforementioned research expects to provide scientific reference to advantage of curve slidingtechnique of competitive short track speed skating skater changing to speed skating.
