高等职业院校田径课开设的现状及对策研究——以北京市高等职业院校为例
Current Situation and Countermeasure Research on Track and Field Curriculum in Higher Vocational College——Taking Higher Vocational Colleges in Beijing as Examples
【摘要】 在高等职业院校的体育教学改革过程中,随着越来越多的新兴项目进入体育课堂,田径教学出现了被边缘化的尴尬现象。为探索高等职业院校田径教学的现状及原因,为高等职业院校田径运动的可持续发展提供有效帮助,推动学生体质健康水平的提高,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对北京市高等职业院校田径课教学的开设情况进行了研究。研究结论 :北京市高等职业院校目前没有开设田径选项课,但基本上都开设了田径课教学;体育教师基本上认可田径课,但学生对田径课没有兴趣;田径课中的运动负荷不高;学生认为考核标准设置过高导致自己不能达标。
【Abstract】 In process of physical education teaching reform in higher vocational college, with involvement of more and more new disciplines, track and field teaching is in embarrassment of marginalization. In order to explore current situation and reason, to provide effective assistance to sustainable development of higher vocational college track and field teaching as well as to promote improvement of student health level, adopting research methods of literature consultation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this thesis researches current situation of track and field curriculum in higher vocational college in Beijing. Research shows that Beijing high vocational colleges set up track and field curriculum teaching but it is not in the list of optional curriculum. Physical education teacher approves track and field curriculum, but student is lack of interest to track and field. Low practice intensity in track and field curriculum. Student considers high standard leads to fail in examination
