【Abstract】 The formation and development of network society cause a huge shock to the traditional social governance system,and increase the difficulty of the regulation. The control of political consciousness becomes more and more difficult,and the network crime and violence continue to grow,also all kinds of mass incidents become more frequent. In order to carry out network society governance action,we have to solve some key theoretical problems. These problems include; the basic attribute of the network society,the relationship between network social management and safeguard the rights of citizens,the network of violence and crime definition and other aspects.Based on the current situation at home and abroad and the related management experience,the network society governance in the future should start from the guide,negotiation,legislation and autonomy,and build up the four integrated management system.更多还原
