【Abstract】 The featured columns play a pivotal role in promoting the journal brand of the third world. This article analyses the relative advantages and disadvantages of the third world journals,and explores the special significance of the featured columns to its existence and development based on the"famous journal engineering"and"famous column Construction"activities which the Ministry of Education has advocated since 2003,so as to promote the deepening of theoretical exploration of the featured columns and the steady development of the featured column practice of the third world journals.更多还原
