多普勒计程仪检测装置的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Doppler Velocity Log Test Equipment
【摘要】 相控阵多普勒计程仪在正式交付使用前需要进行繁杂的水池测试和航行实验,为了降低实验成本、缩短设备的开发周期,设计了一种新型测试装置,使计程仪的测试和检验工作得以在陆地实验室的环境下进行。以TI公司生产的TMS320VC55x系列DSP为数字信号处理和系统控制中心,利用DDS直接数字频率合成技术设计了信号采集控制和信号发生电路,阐述了系统硬件和软件设计。经过实验验证,该测试装置输出信号稳定、参数控制精确,能够准确地提供测试计程仪所需的海底回波信号,测试误差小于1%,达到了预期的设计目标。
【Abstract】 The phase-array Doppler velocity log needs miscellaneous marine trials and pool trials before it is brought into service officially.In order to decrease experiment cost,shorten development cycle of the equipment,a new kind of test equipment is designed,which makes it possible to accomplish the test and examination in the laboratory environment on land. The new kind test equipment chooses TMS320VC55x series DSP of TI as digital signal processing and system controlling center,designs signal acquisitionc and generation circuit based on direct digital synthesis technology.The hardware circuit and software program are designed on the basis of the system solution.The results of the experiment shows that the output signal of the new test equipment is stable,it can accurately provide the seabed echo signal which the tests log needs;the test error is smaller than 1%,achieving the expected design goal.
