3.0T磁共振腮腺管水成像在腮腺疾病中的应用

【摘要】 目的分析3.0T磁共振腮腺管水成像技术(MRS)在腮腺疾病诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法选择我院收治的腮腺疾病患者33例,采用常规核磁共振(MRI)扫描后,采用IR-FSE序列进行MRS扫描,并于含服维生素C以后再次进行扫描,评价MRI与MRS扫描结果。结果本组33例患者中,MRI诊断准确率为97.0%;5例非肿瘤性病变患者中,11例发生导管系统变形;在18例肿瘤性病变患者中,有15例发生导管系统变形;含服维生素C后显示效果明显优于含服前(P<0.05)。结论 IR-FSE序列下MRS扫描能够获得良好的腮腺导管成像,且具有无创、操作简便、安全可靠等优点,能够为临床诊断及治疗提供客观、全面的信息。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical application of 3. 0T MR sialography( MRS) in parotid gland diseases value.Methods: In the thirty-three cases of parotid gland disease patients from January,2013 to January,2014 in our hospital,the conventional MRI scans,MRS scans were performed using IR-FSE sequence,and vitamin C with again after the scan.Results: In MRI diagnosis of 33 cases of patients,the accuracy rate was 97%; in 5 cases of non tumor lesions in patients,11 cases of ductal system had deformation; in 18 cases of tumor patients,there were 15 cases of catheter system deformation; containing vitamin C display was better than before( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: IR-FSE sequence MRS scanning for obtaining the good image of the parotid duct has the advantages of noninvasiveness and simple operation,which is safe and reliable,and able to provide objective and comprehensive information for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
