【摘要】 目的调查17个STR基因座在杭州汉族人群中遗传多态性,为其法医学应用提供基础数据。方法采用AGCU 17+1 STR荧光标记复合扩增试剂盒,对杭州汉族506份无关个体进行扩增,利用3130XL遗传分析仪对扩增产物进行电泳分型,统计17个STR基因座的等位基因频率和法医学参数。结果 17个STR基因座累积个人识别率0.999999999999999999996184739142和累积非父排除率分别为和0.9999999955351207。结论 17个STR基因座组成的复合扩增系统在杭州汉族人群中具有较高的遗传多态性和识别能力,可以应用于法医学个人识别和亲子鉴定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate this kit and to get basic population data for its use in forensic practice in Hangzhou Han population.Methods:506 unrelated Chinese Han individuals from Hangzhou were typed using the AGCU 17 + 1 STR Amplication Kit.Allele frequencies of the 17 STR loci and forensic genetic parameters were obtained.Results:The TDP of the 17 STR loci is 0.999999999999999999996184739142,and the CEP is 0.9999999955351207.Conclusions:The population data in the present study can be used for routine forensic practice in Hangzhou.更多还原
