【摘要】 以我国华东地区公共图书馆为研究对象,采用网站访问、文献研究等方法,从推广模式、获取方式、服务模式、服务功能、平台开发运营方式等方面,分析了华东地区公共图书馆移动服务现状与存在的问题。研究结论为:华东地区公共图书馆移动服务普及率不足、分布不均;宣传力度小导致知晓度低;服务模式主要为WAP和APP;移动服务资源较为丰富,具有良好的交互性;存在移动服务体系不完整、移动服务有效性不高,移动服务质量有待提高等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors investigate the current status and problems of mobile library services provided by public libraries in East China by means of website visiting and literature research, with special emphasis on the marketing promotion,service modes, service functions, access modes, and platform developing and running. The results show as follows:mobile services in the region are not popularized and unevenly distributed,and the knowing rate is low due to lacking of promotion; WAP and APP are widely used in their services; the services provide with abundant resources and can be easily used for their friendly interactivity; and there exist problems such as incomplete mobile service system,insufficient effectiveness and lower quality.更多还原
