【摘要】 危机管理研究进程中的信息管理研究是危机管理研究的突破口和切入点。对该主题相关研究的文献计量分析,有利于加强危机管理研究进程中信息资源的有效利用,把握该研究领域的研究脉络和发展趋势。论文研究发现:危机信息的传播、危机信息管理过程协调、危机信息引导和危机信息应用四个方面为危机管理研究进程中信息管理的重要研究脉络,并涵盖计算机科学、信息学、管理学、地理信息学以及社会学等学科领域。论文还发现:灾害应急信息管理、公共卫生危机信息管理以及系统性的危机信息管理研究,将成为未来该研究主题的重要研究方向和发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Researches on information management in the process of crisis management are an important breakthrough and entry point for crisis management research.The analysis of researches on information management in the process of crisis management will benefit the effective use of crisis information during crisis management process and clear the research evolution paths and future trend.The paper aims at finding out the evolution paths and future trend of information management in the process of crisis management by the bibliometric analysis of researches on it.The paper finds out that crisis information research is a cross-subject research involving computer science,information science,management science and other sciences,and its main subtopics are the cycle of crisis information,the cooperative of crisis during crisis management,guidance for crisis information and the utilization of crisis information in crisis management.Finally,the paper proposes the future research trends of crisis information management include research on disaster emergency information management,public health crisis information management and systematic research of the theme.更多还原
