【摘要】 以重庆医科大学信息管理与信息系统(医药卫生方向)本科专业学生为样本,对在校生择业预期及毕业生就业现状进行问卷调查。分析在校生与毕业生在选择就业地、就业单位及择业因素、个人特质等方面的差异。同时,面向20家用人单位发放问卷,分析在校生与用人单位在卫生信息化视野下对信息管理与信息系统专业学生就业能力认知的差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study takes current students and graduates majored in medical informatics of Chongqing Medical University as samples, makes a questionnaire survey of the job employment expectations of current students and employment situations of graduates, and analyzes the differences between current students and graduates in working places and companies they would like to choose as well as the choosing factors and personal traits. And the authors send out questionnaire to 20 employers to analyze the differences of cognition of employability between current students majored in medical informatics and employers under health informatization environment.更多还原
