【摘要】 分析了西部地区114所本科高校图书馆馆际互借与文献传递服务的服务对象、服务内容、服务模式、服务响应时间及送出文献时间、服务费用及补贴政策,指出服务中尚存在省域发展不均衡、对外服务意识不强、服务网站建设欠佳、收费不统一、合作范围有待扩展等问题,提出了加强馆际互借与文献传递服务工作的规范化,重视馆际互借与文献传递服务的宣传,开展馆际互借与文献传递服务培训,扩展馆际互借与文献传递服务合作网等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper analyzes the service clients,contents,models,responding and sending time,charges and subsidies of interlibrary loan and document delivery of 114undergraduate university libraries in western region of China,and points out some problems in the services,that is,provincial development is not balanced,awareness of external services is not strong,website construction is not perfect,charges are not uniform,and the scope of cooperation is to be extended.And then the author proposes some suggestions on interlibrary loan and document delivery,including strengthening the standard work,paying attention to promotion and publicity,carrying out related training,and extending cooperation network.更多还原
