【Abstract】 Currently,sustainable development of landless peasants has become one of China’s biggest social problems.The problems of sustainable development of landless peasants are as follows:absence of social security,lower living standards,difficult re-employment,increasing social risks and so on.In order to solve such problems,legal thinking should be strengthened and reasonable compensation mechanism should be established.Meanwhile,sustainable development of landless peasants relies on increasingly improved social security system and more employment opportunities.更多还原
