【Abstract】 This paper summarizes characteristics of next generation catalog. It investigates the characteristics state of next generation catalog in 37 libraries and deduces second class indexes,and then formulates the evaluation model by identifying the weight of each index with the analytic hierarchy process. Finally,using the model,it evaluates and ranks these representative libraries on the development of next generation library catalogs. Different weights of indexes can make the evaluation more reasonable for library to develop next generation catalog.更多还原
