【Abstract】 The article analyses the feasibility of the construction of university library research integrity security system,outlines its design architecture: longitudinal penetration,horizontal coordination,inner combination and outreach. It also discusses the innovative service modes in the construction of university library research integrity security system,including: research integrity education mode,research integrity monitoring mode,research integrity supervising mode.
