【摘要】 调查美国匹兹堡大学健康科学图书馆系统(HSLS)用户培训情况,对其常规讲座的内容设置和时间安排情况进行统计分析,总结HSLS用户培训工作的特点,包括:HSLS用户培训数量众多、内容全面、形式多样、设置灵活、覆盖面广、富有创意、与院系合作紧密、重视科研伦理和外部机构资助等。HSLS也面向校外团体机构和社会公众开展培训,以提高公众的健康信息素养,承担社会责任。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of a survey on the user training of University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences Library System( HSLS) and statistical analysis of the content setting and time arrangement of its regular lectures,the paper summarizes the characteristics of HSLS’user training. HSLS’user training has the characteristics of numerous quantity,all-round contents,various forms,flexible arrangements,wide coverage,creative ideas,closely collaboration with departments,attaching great importance to the research ethics and actively striving for external agencies’ funding.
