【Abstract】 Strategic planning is a managing tool which guides the organization to make scientific decision. To promote the development of the library consortium strategic planning in China,the paper introduces the general situation of library consortium strategic planning in India,describes the status of consortium strategic planning from three aspects including style,content and problems in practice by the example of the library consortia in India.
