【摘要】 以数据库信息资源内容、数据库检索系统功能、数据库资源利用情况、数据库资源成本评价以及数据库提供商服务等5个准则层指标为基础,构建23个反映数据库绩效的指标层指标;利用熵权法从主客观两方面对各指标进行赋值,然后计算各指标权重;应用TOPSIS模型对各样本数据库绩效进行实证分析,研究结果揭示各样本数据库的绩效差异性及影响各数据库绩效好坏的主要因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the five criteria indicators,including the database information resources,database retrieval system function,database resource utilization,database resource cost evaluation and the service level of data provider,this paper constructs the 23 index layer indicators which reflect the performance of the database information resource service; values to each index from the subjective and objective aspects with the entropy weight method,then calculates each index weight; And TOPSIS model was applied to analyze the service performance of the sample database information resource.The results of the study reveal the difference of the sample database performance and the main factors that affect the database performance.更多还原
