【Abstract】 The construction of green library is the inevitable trend in development of public library. Public library plays the fundamental role in public cultural service system. Creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system provides favorable opportunity and policy guarantee for construction of green library that is to improve and enhance the construction link of creation of model districts of nationwide public cultural service system. Both promote each other and compensate each other.
