【摘要】 文章以问卷调查、网站访问方式调研84所高校科技查新工作站,从区域分布、资源现状、人员配置等方面收集数据,用SPSS 6.0对数据进行统计分析。调研表明,地方经济影响查新工作站发展,数字资源共享具备基础,查新专业人员数量与质量有所提升,查新数量不断上升,现代信息技术广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper surveys the scientific and technological novelty search stations of Ministry of Education in 84 Chinese universities through questionnaires and website-visiting. Then it gives a statistic analysis of the collected data about geographical distribution,resources,personnel allocation with SPSS 6.0. The study shows that local economic situation affects the development of novelty search stations; digital-resources sharing have been established; novelty-search professionals have increased, novelty searches are on the rise and modern information technology have been applied widely.更多还原
