【摘要】 移动图书馆作为图书馆服务的创新方式,用户对其接受需要一个过程,其使用行为也会受到多方面因素的影响。移动图书馆的用户接受模型的构建是以技术接受模型理论为基础,并引入相关性、系统帮助、可访问性、领域知识、自我效能、社会影响、感知愉悦性和感知成本8个外部变量。针对该用户模型,在问卷调查的基础上进行的实证分析可以确定影响用户接受移动图书馆的主要影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an innovative way of library services,the acceptance of the mobile library by users needs a process,and the using behavior also will be affected by various factors.The user acceptance model of the mobile library constructs on the basis of the theory of the Technology Acceptance Model,and introduces eight external variables,such as the relevance,the system help,the accessibility,the domain knowledge,the self-efficacy,the social influence,the perceived enjoyment and the perceived cost. For this user model,the empirical analysis based on the questionnaire survey could determine main influencing factors that affect the user acceptance of the mobile library.更多还原
