压铸机冲头和熔缸的摩擦有限元分析及实验研究
An Finite Element Analysis and Experimental Research on the Friction between the Punch and the Melting Cylinder of the Die Casting Machine
【摘要】 基于有限元方法对冲头与熔缸间的摩擦过程进行应力分析,并结合现场实测,给出减小冲头磨损的改进意见。
【Abstract】 The author of this paper makes some suggestions to reduce the punch wear,based a stress analysis of the process of friction between the punch and the melting cylinder with the finite element method,coupled with field test.
