【Abstract】 To make Longfeng Town a new urbanized one, two steps should be taken: firstly, to begin a reform on the household registration system and realize the citizenization of peasants; secondly, to solve the problem of land transfer in which peasants are deeply involved, to develop characteristic industry and create more employment opportunities.
