以二氧化碳为原料合成聚脲研究
Synthesis of polyurea using carbon dioxide
【摘要】 以超临界状态的二氧化碳和己二胺为原料在无催化剂、无溶剂的条件下合成了聚脲。通过正交实验确定了反应的最佳工艺条件:反应温度120℃,反应压力8MPa,反应时间8h。在此条件下,己二胺转化为聚脲的转化率为89.0%。用红外光谱(FTIR)对所得产物进行了结构表征,用热重分析法(TGA)研究了所得产物的热稳定性。
【Abstract】 Polyurea(PUA) was synthesized with supercritical carbon dioxide and hexamethylenediamine(HMDA) as raw materials without using catalyst and solvent. The optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: 120℃, 8MPa and reaction time of 8 hours, and HMDA conversion reached 89.0% under these conditions. The structure of PUA was characterized by FTIR, and the thermal stability of PUA was investigated by TGA.
