【Abstract】 Soft power is an important part of national power,which plays an increasingly prominent role in the information age. As the sole superpower in the world,American soft power has achieved development and change in the information age. Prism Event exposed the two sides of freedom and human rights advocated by the USA,which caused the decline of American soft power. Prism Event revealed limitations of information technology and the important significance of soft power for emerging powers,bringing major concerns on international political ethics and international network governance.更多还原
