【Abstract】 Socialist core values are oriented towards people, are the foundation of constructing harmonious society and guide the direction of socialist cause. The spirit and ability of innovation of colleges decides the future of our nation. Currently there exist some problems in the grass-roots party construction of college, which deviates from the pioneer and fortress effects of party organization.
