输电杆塔防护涂层的耐老化性能研究

【摘要】 以现用配套涂层作为对比,采用人工加速老化方法对2种配套涂层进行老化试验,考察了涂层老化后的失光率、色差和附着力,用扫描电镜和傅里叶变换红外光谱分析了涂层表面变化。试验结果表明:纳米复合涂层的耐老化性能优于现用配套涂层,有利于输电杆塔的长效防护。

【Abstract】 The artificial accelerated aging test was applied to investigate the nanocomposite coating system and a conventional coating system in terms of gloss loss rate,color difference and adhesion.The coating surface was also analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscope(FT-IR).The result showed that the nanocomposite coating system was better than the conventional coating system in terms of weatherability,which was conducive to long-term protection of transmission poles and towers.
