【摘要】 目的:通过观察固本平喘胶囊对哮喘大鼠血清中丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响,探讨该方防治支气管哮喘的作用机制。方法 :取SD雄性大鼠70只,随机分为7组,正常组、模型组、西药对照组、中药对照组及固本平喘胶囊高、中、低剂量组,每组10只,分组给药22天后测定大鼠血浆中MDA、SOD及TNF-α的含量。结果:固本平喘胶囊各防治组的MDA含量减少;SOD活性升高;TNF-α水平降低,与模型组比较,均有显著性差异;与阳性组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:固本平喘胶囊可通过抑制炎性介质及抗氧化作用防治哮喘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of Guben pingchuan capsule in prevention and cure of bronchial asthma by observing the effects of the capsule on MDA,SOD and TNF- α in serum of rats with asthma. Methods : seventy SD male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups with 10 rats in each group: normal group,model group,western medicine control group,Chinese medicine control group,high,middle,low dosage of Guben pingchuan capsule groups. The levels of MDA,SOD and TNF- α in serum were tested after 22 days of treatment on all groups. Results : The content of MDA in Guben pingchuan capsule groups reduced; activity of SOD increased; level of TNF- α decreased,there were significant difference to compared with model group on above three indexes; there was no significant difference to compared with Chinese medicine control group and western medicine control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: Guben pingchuan capsule could prevent and cure asthma by inhibiting inflammation mediators and anti- oxygenation.更多还原
