玉米单倍体的自然及化学加倍研究
Research on Technique of Haploid Doudling of Maize
【摘要】 通过试验研究了6种常见单倍体玉米(NDG5、GY5598、ND108、ZD958、GY115、1145×Y331)在自然和化学条件下的基因加倍。结果表明,在自然条件下,6种基因型单倍体玉米的散粉率和结实率普遍较低,如果在芽苗期施以秋水仙素溶液处理,可以明显提高单倍体玉米的散粉率和结实率。
【Abstract】 Six kinds of common maize haploid(NDG5,GY5598,ND108,ZD958,GY115,1145 x Y331) were studied in natural and chemical conditions.The results showed that under natural conditions,the pollen shedding rate and seed setting rate of six genotypes of maize haploid were generally low,but in the condition of bud seedling with colchicine solution treatment,the haploid maize powder rate and seed setting rate could be significantly improved.
