【摘要】 目的采用meta分析的方法综合评价踝臂指数(ankle-brachial index,ABI)对糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病的诊断价值。方法通过检索Pub med、Web of Science、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知识资源总库和中文科技期刊数据库,获得有关ABI、多普勒诊断DM患者PAD的文献,提取相关数据,采用meta-Disc软件进行分析。结果本研究共纳入8篇文献,meta分析显示综合灵敏度为0.85,综合特异度为0.94,综合阳性似然比为9.24,综合阴性似然比为0.21,综合诊断比值比为68.17,综合ROC曲线下面积为0.971 3,Q*值为0.921 9。结论应用踝臂指数筛查糖尿病合并外周动脉疾病时,具有良好的诊断价值,有一定的临床应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the diagnostic value of ankle-brachial index( ABI) for diabetic patients w ith peripheral arterial disease through meta-analysis.
