基于ANP的天津高等教育对外开放评价研究
Evaluation model of higher education industry opening-up based on analytic network process
【摘要】 结合高等教育对外开放的特点,应用网络层次分析法,从对外开放投入、对外开放成果和对外开放政策支持3个层面构建了基于ANP的高等教育对外开放效果评价模型,量化分析了各指标的权重及重要程度,为推进高等教育的国际化提供参考和借鉴.
【Abstract】 Considering the characters of higher education industry opening-up, the evaluation model is built from openingup investment, achievements and polices supporting by using analytic net work process. The it analyzes the weights and importance degree of each index. The research will provide references for the internationalization of higher education industry.
