【摘要】 目的:了解不同年级本科护生的职业态度和择业意向状况,分析临床经历影响其择业意向的相关因素并提出相应建议。方法:采用半结构式访谈的方法分别对天津某医学本科院校护理学院三、四、五年级的17名学生进行调查。采用Giorgi六步法进行资料的整理与分析,提炼主题。结果:本科护生对护理专业的态度不稳定,其择业意向与临床经历有关。结论:护理教育者及管理者应重视对护生的专业思想教育及就业指导,培养其良好的职业价值观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To survey the condition of career attitude and vocational objectives of undergraduate nursing students with different grates and probe into the influence factors during the clinic experience and thus formulate the coping strategies.Methods:17 nursing students from Tianjin Medical University were investigated by semi-structured interview,Giorgi six-step method was adopted to collect and analysis the data,refine the theme.Results:The nursing attitude of undergraduate nursing students was not stable,the employment intention was associated with clinical experiences.Conclusion:Nursing educators and administrators should pay attention to professional ideological education and employment guidance of nursing students,foster the good professional values.更多还原
