【摘要】 目的:探讨纽扣式穿刺法对减少维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症及使用寿命的影响。方法:将60例维持性血液透析患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。试验组采用纽扣式穿刺法,对照组区域穿刺法,比较两种穿刺方式的血液透析患者内瘘并发症发生率。结果:试验组患者内瘘并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:纽扣式穿刺法可减少血液透析患者动静脉内瘘并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of using the method of button hold puncture on the complications and working life of arteriovenous internal fistula in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:We divided 60maintenance hemodialysis patients into 2groups,30patients in trail group,others in control group.The patients in trail group were given the button hold puncture,while the patients in control group were given the local puncture method.The incidence of complications such as arteriovenous fistula,hemangioma,vascular stenosis,thrombosis,subcutaneous hematoma in two years was compared between two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in trail group was much lower than the incidence in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of button hold puncture can significantly reduce the incidence of arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients.更多还原
