【摘要】 目的:分析健康教育对即刻负重种植义齿修复上颌无牙颌的效果。方法:选择在本院接受即刻负重种植义齿修复上颌无牙颌的患者36例作为研究对象,分别给予常规护理及针对性健康教育护理,比较两组患者牙槽骨吸收量、义齿种植相关知识了解程度、义齿种植满意度等。结果:观察组第1、2、3年的牙槽骨吸收量[(0.43±0.07)、(0.57±0.12)、(0.78±0.15)mm]明显低于对照组(P<0.05);义齿种植知识完全掌握率(77.78%),美观、语音、咀嚼、牢固、舒适性的满意度(88.89%、94.44%、83.33%、94.44%、94.44%)明显高于对照组。结论:健康教育辅助即刻种植能够减少牙槽骨骨质吸收程度,提高义齿质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the effect of health education on immediate loading of implant restoration of edentulous maxilla. Methods: Thirty-six patients with immediate loading of implant restoration of edentulous maxilla were divided into observation group and control group,control group were given conventional nursing, observation group were given health education nursing,alveolar bone absorption,denture planting knowledge, denture planting satisfaction between two groups were compared. Results: One year,two years,three years of alveolar bone absorption [( 0. 43 ± 0. 07),( 0. 57 ± 0. 12),( 0. 78 ± 0. 15) mm] in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05); denture planting knowledge complete control rate( 77. 78%),beautiful,speech,chewing,strong,comfortable satisfaction( 88. 89%,94. 44%,83. 33%, 94. 44%,94. 44%) were significantly higher than that in control group.
