【摘要】 目的:探讨微波烧灼联合康复新液口服治疗疣状胃炎的疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院诊断及治疗的疣状胃炎患者,分为对照组(常规药物治疗)、治疗A组(常规药物治疗+微波烧灼)及治疗B组(在治疗A组的基础上加用康复新液),术后用药4周,并于术后1~2个月复查胃镜判定疗效。结果:治疗组患者治愈好转率显著高于对照组,二者间差异有统计学意义;治疗B组症状改善时间明显短于治疗A组,但治愈好转率二者之间差异无统计学意义。结论:微波烧灼联合药物治疗疣状胃炎优于单纯药物治疗,康复新液可促进黏膜修复,加快改善患者症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of microwave cauterization combined with kangfuxin liquid in treatment of verrucosal gastritis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of verrucous gastritis patients in our hospital for diagnosis and therapy was done, patients with verrucous gastritis were divided into control group( routine treatment),treatment group A( routine therapy + microwave cauterization therapy) and group B( group A in the basic treatment plus kangfuxin liquid),after 4 weeks of medication,and in 1-2 months after operation,the curative effect was judged by endoscopy. Results: The cure and improvement rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group,and there was significant difference between them; The cure rate in treatment group B was higher than that in treatment group A,but there was no significant difference between the two groups; The symptoms of treatment group B improved significantly shorter than those of the treatment group A and control group. Conclusion: Microwave cauterization combined with drugs is an effective method in the treatment of verrucous gastritis,kangfuxin liquid can promote mucosal repair,and accelerate the improvement of the symptoms.更多还原
