363例代谢综合征患者的尿液糖代谢产物分析
Analysis of urine sugar metabolites in 363 cases of metabolic syndrome
【摘要】 目的:研究代谢综合征(MS)患者的尿液糖代谢成分,为MS的临床诊治提供客观依据。方法:用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对尿样中糖类成分进行定性和半定量分析。结果:从363例MS患者尿液中鉴定出10个糖类相关成分,按照其意义大小排列依次为C41、C42、Xyl、Ara、inoC、inoD、Man、inoA、Tall、Glc,其中Glc成分与MS患者的血糖控制情况相关,inoC成分与MS患者的血糖控制情况可能相关,C41、C42、Ara、Xyl、Tall、Man、inoA和inoD成分与MS患者血糖控制情况不相关。结论:测定尿液Glc含量或许可以作为判断MS患者血糖控制情况的指标,inoC可能可以作为补充指标,值得进一步深入研究。
【Abstract】 Objective:To studying urine sugar metabolites and provide an objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of metabolic syndrome(MS).Methods:Quantitative and semi-quantitative analysis of the carbohydrate components in urine of patients with MS were carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results:Ten carbohydrate composition were identified from the urine of 363 patients with MS.The order was C41、C42、Xyl、 Ara、inoC、inoD、Man、inoA、Tall、Glc according to the significance of the size.In these metabolites,GLC was relate to glycemic control and inoC might be related to glycemic control in patients with MS.There’s no relation between C41,C42,Xyl,Ara,Man,Tall,inoA,inoD components and glycemic control in patients with MS.Conclusion:Determination of urine Glc content may be the judge glycemic control index in patients with MS,inoC may be used as supplementary indexes.It is worth further study.
