基于AHP-模糊综合评价法的车务段安全分析

【摘要】 将层次分析法与模糊评价法相结合建立AHP-模糊综合评价模型对车务段安全情况进行分析评价。首先根据车务段特点,分析影响车务段安全的因素,按照人、设备、环境、管理4个方面建立评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各因素的权重;然后运用模糊评价法进行多级模糊综合评价;最终确定车务段的安全评价等级。评价结果表明,该车务段安全等级为"良好",需要在培训职工的安全意识和常识、维护旅客的乘车秩序、强化安全责任制等方面继续完善。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes and evaluates the safety status of train crew depot by combining AHP method with fuzzy evaluation method. Firstly, according to the characteristics of train crew depot, the factors influencing the safety of train crew depot was analyzed, the evaluation index system was established from 4 aspects of personnel, equipment, environment and management, and the weight of each factor was determined by AHP method; then, multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was taken by using fuzzy evaluation method; in the end, the safety evaluation grade of train crew depot was determined. The evaluation result shows the train crew depot with safety grade of ‘good’ should continually improve following aspects: staff training on safety consciousness and knowledge, maintaining passengers’ travel order and strengthening safety responsibility system.
