钢轨在轮轨力作用下的垂向应力响应特性

【摘要】 为选择无缝钢轨垂向响应测量传感器的合理安装位置,需要寻找无缝钢轨在车轮荷载作用下的最大垂向应力响应区域。运用Abaqus有限元软件建立三维模型,仿真分析了无缝钢轨在不同轮轨力作用下的垂向应力分布规律,并通过轮轨力加载试验台进行了试验验证。研究发现:轨腰处的垂向应力响应与车轮荷载基本成线性关系;在平行于钢轨底面的同一平面内,轨腰内侧的垂向应力响应大于轨腰外侧;轨腰处的垂向应力最大区域分布在钢轨跨中轨腰最上方。

【Abstract】 In order to select the reasonable installation position of vertical response measurement sensor for continuous welded rail,the maximum vertical stress response area of continuous welded rail(CWR) under wheel load need to be analyzed. This paper built three-dimensional model by Abaqus finite element software to simulate and analyze the vertical stress distribution lawof CWR under different wheel-rail force and made the experimental verif ication through wheel-rail force loading test bench. Analysis results showed that there exists a linear relationship between the vertical stress response of rail web and wheel load,the vertical stress response inside rail web is larger than the outside response in the same plane parallel to the rail bottom,the vertical stress maximum area of rail web distributes in the position above the middle span of the rail web.
