【摘要】 建立活血壮筋胶囊质量标准方法。采用TLC法鉴别了人参、桂枝、红花;HPLC法测定血竭中血竭素高氯酸盐含量。色谱柱Shim-Pack VP-ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(43∶57);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长440nm;柱温40℃。血竭素高氯酸盐在0.080 64μg~0.403 2μg之间呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为97.89%,RSD为1.40%。本方法灵敏、简便,结果准确,精密度及重现性较好,可以用于活血壮筋胶囊质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the quality specification of Huoxuezhuangjin capsule. By thin layer chromatography Ginseng,Cassia Twig and Safflower were differentiated,and the content of dracohodin perochlorate was determined by HPLC. Chromatographic condition: The Shim-Pack VP- ODS C18column( 250mm × 4. 6mm,5μm) was used with acetonitrile- 0. 05mol /L sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution( 43∶ 57) at the mobile phase,the determine wavelength:440nm,the column temperature:40℃,and the flow rate:1.0mL/min. There were good linear relationships in the ranges of 0. 081 34μg- 0. 813 4μg. The average recovery was 97. 89% with RSD of 1. 40%. This method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and recovery,thus it can be applied for the quality specification of Huoxuezhuangjin capsule.更多还原
