【摘要】 公共卫生服务均等化是公共服务均等化的重要组成部分.本文在划分山东省三大区域的基础上,运用泰尔指数法,通过分析山东省各区域的泰尔指数值,比较了三大区域的组间差距、组内差距和总体差距.结果表明,山东省公共卫生服务逐渐向公平均等化的方向发展,三大区域内公共卫生服务均等化仍存在较大差距.因此,政府要实现公共卫生服务均等化,应采取更有针对性的措施,公共财政需承担更大的责任.更多还原

【Abstract】 Equalization of public health service is an important part of equalization of public services. In the paper,we compare gap between regions,gap in the regions,the overall gap of three regions by use of the Theil Index We measure and analyze the Theil Index Value of three regions based on the division of three regions. We conclude that the public health service of Shandong province is becoming more fair and equal,however,the gap in the group of public health service is still big. Therefore,the government should take more effective measures and the public finance takes more responsibilities to fulfill the equalization of public health services.更多还原
