炭/炭复合材料用浸渍剂煤沥青研究进展

【摘要】 本文介绍了炭/炭复合材料用漫渍剂煤沥青的结构组成与性能特点,分析了影响煤沥青浸渍性能的关键因素,总结对比了近几年浸渍用煤沥青改性方法的优缺点。指出煤沥青的开发和生产应该兼顾残炭率、流动性、黏度和软化点等因素,从而减少浸渍次数,降低炭/炭复合材料的生产成本。

【Abstract】 The composition and performance of coal tar pitch for impregnation of carbon/carbon composite materials were introduced.The key factors influencing the properties of coal tar pitch impregnation were analyzed.The merits and demerits of several methods of modification of impregnating pitch were analyzed and contrasted in this paper.To decrease the cycle of impregnation and reduce the cost of carbon/carbon composite,much attention should be focused on the factor of coking value,fluidity,viscosity,soft point etc.
