窒息后心肌损害新生儿应用川芎嗪的临床观察

【摘要】 分析了新生儿窒息心肌损害的患儿心肌酶变化,探讨川芎嗪对心肌损害的临床价值.方法:新生儿窒息250例,对于合并心肌损害的93例新生儿,随机分成A组(川芎嗪治疗组)、B组(1,6二磷酸果糖治疗组)和对照组(VC治疗组).测定3组治疗前、治疗5d后的心肌酶.窒息新生儿心肌损害发生率为93/250(37.2%),93例窒息儿治疗前3组心肌酶各项均明显升高;治疗后则下降;治疗后A组、B组之间无明显差别,但二者均明显低于对照组.结论:窒息新生儿可合并心肌损伤,川芎嗪可有效保护窒息新生儿心肌,且经济安全.

【Abstract】 To investigate the changes of blood myocardical enzyme in asphyxial neonates with myocardicaldamage,and to analysis the clinical effect of ligustrazine on them.Among 250 cases of asphyxial neonates within two days after birth,myocardical enzyme of 93 cases of asphyxial neonates with myocardical damage were detected before treatment and after five days of treatment.93 cases were divided into three groups randomly,A(ligustrazine treatment group)、B(FDP treatment group)and the control group(VC treatment group).Incidence of asphyxial neonates with myocardical damage was 93/250(37.2%).The levels of serum myocardical enzyme of 93 asphyxial neonates increased significantly in three groups before treatment,while they decreased after treatment and made no difference between A group and B group,which were obviously lower than those of the control group.There are myocardical damage in asphyxial neonates.Asphyxial neonates with myocardical damage can be effectly protected by ligustrazine,which is cheap and safe.
