【摘要】 目的探讨水蛭生物治疗痛风的临床效果。方法选择2011年5月~2013年8月在我院确诊的痛风患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,两组患者均给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上辅以活体水蛭生物治疗。结果治疗组总有效率93%,明显优于对照组的67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论水蛭生物防治痛风有可能成为临床中潜在的医疗新辅助方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application effect of leeches biological treatment of gout.Methods 60patients diagnosed with gout in our hospital in May 2011~August 2013were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30cases in each group.Two groups were both treated with routine therapy.The treatment group was treated with leeches biological treatment as an adjuvant therapy.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93%,and the control group was 67%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Leeches biological treatment may become a new potential adjuvant therapy in the clinical treatment of gout.更多还原
