【摘要】 目的探讨在体外受精/卵胞浆内单精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)患者中D5选择性的单囊胚移植和双囊胚移植的妊娠结局分析。方法回顾分析2012年4月至2013年1月在我中心助孕的第一周期D5新鲜移植患者,移植单囊胚者为单囊胚组(77例),移植双囊胚者为双囊胚组(48例)。分析两组间临床特征、超促排卵情况、胚胎质量、妊娠率、着床率、多胎率、流产率、宫外孕率。结果两组间的临床特征、超排卵情况、胚胎形成情况、临床妊娠率、流产率、宫外孕率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组间种植率及多胎率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。单囊胚移植组的种植率(66.23%)显著高于双囊胚移植组(47.92%)(P<0.05),单囊胚移植组多胎率(6.25%)显著低于双囊胚移植组(32.26%)(P<0.05)。结论单囊胚移植在不降低妊娠率的同时显著降低了多胎妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the outcome of elective single blastocyst transfer(SBT)and double blastocystembryo transfer(DBT)in human IVF/ICSI-ET on day 5.Methods:The clinical data of the patients undergone the first fresh in vitro fertilization(IVF)cycle on day 5in our center from November 2011to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Seventy seven patients were received elective single blastocyst transfer as SBT group,and forty eight patients were received double blastocyst-embryo transfer as DBT group.Results:The clinical characteristics,embryo formation,clinical pregnancy rate,miscarriage Rate,ectopic pregnancy rate had no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the good quality embryo rate,implantation rate,blastocyst formation rate,and multiple pregnancy rate were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).The implantation rate of SBT group(66.23%)was significantly higher than that of DBT groups(47.92%).The multiple pregnancy rate of SBT group(6.25%)was significantly lower than that of DBT groups(32.26%).Conclusions:Single blastocyst transfer not only can obtain higher pregnancy rate,but also reduce multiple pregnancy rates.更多还原
