【摘要】 大数据时代的数字科研环境下,文献信息资源共享和联合服务即为知识链接和知识组织下的知识内容服务,公共图书馆、高校图书馆、情报(信息)机构以往建立的共享和服务平台渐显出不适应性。文章通过分析知识链接和文献信息资源共享及其服务之间的关系,结合地区性文献信息资源共享及其联合服务在整合中具有优势的特点,提出了其务实建设的“所建即有用,所建即好用,所建即可持续用”的“三用”理念,并以陕西省为例,尝试分析了省内已有的文献信息资源和共享服务实际工作可持续发展技术要点,对再整合改造技术的选择、构建框架等方面进行了研究摸索。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the digital environment,the sharing of the literature information resources and service are the service of knowledge and knowledge organization under the link.Public libraries,University Libraries,and information organizations are used to establish the sharing and service platform with the age of big data effect,which highlights the adaptability.Through the analysis of relationship between knowledge sharing and service links and information resources,this paper explains the necessity of sustainable construction and joint service in the area of category to integrate the advantages of the literature information resources sharing,and puts forward the literature information resources sharing,joint service and pragmatic construction of "built as useful,easy to use and sustainable." Taking Shaanxi Province as an example,combined with the existing literature information resources and sharing service of practical work,we discuss the points of sustainable construction technology of reintegration,transformation technology choice,construction framework,service mode,etc.更多还原
